At Live Unlimited, we want you to love every piece you buy, but if something isn't quite right, you can return any unworn item with tags attached within 28 days of delivery. We offer a straightforward process to ensure your refund or exchange is handled quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all labels intact, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
